Booking & Checking In
Check in is 3pm firm or later; Check out is 11am firm. No early checkins, no late checkouts.
Deposit is 100% of 1st night, taken at time of booking. Remainder is due upon Check In.
$100 incidental hold placed on credit card upon arrival, and released after check out.
During Off Season there is a 7 day cancellation policy. Specifically reservations cancelled 7 days or more prior to the checkin yields a full refund of deposit; reservations cancelled within the 7 day would result in a forfeiture of deposit.
During Peak Season (May, June, July, August, September) there is a 14 day cancellation policy. Specifically reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to the checkin yields a full refund of deposit; reservations cancelled within the 14 day would result in a forfeiture of deposit.

Peak season weekends & summer holidays have a 2 night minimum stay requirement.
No pets are allowed. Service Animals welcome.
Service dogs are trained to do work or perform a task for persons with disabilities. Comfort and/or emotional support animals are not service animals, and are not recognized by the ADA.
No smoking anywhere on property, including on balconies and common areas.
One parking spot per reservation during peak season
