Hotel Policies at Aqua Blue – Know Before You Book

Booking & Check-In Information
Check-In: 3:00 PM or later (early check-ins are not available)
Check-Out: 11:00 AM sharp (late check-outs not permitted)
Deposit: A deposit equal to the first night’s stay is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at check-in.
Incidental Hold: A $100 hold is placed on your credit card at check-in. This will be released after check-out, pending room inspection.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy varies by season:
- Off-Season (October–April)
Cancel 7+ days before arrival: Full refund of deposit
Cancel within 7 days: Deposit is non-refundable
- Peak Season (May–September)
Cancel 14+ days before arrival: Full refund of deposit
Cancel within 14 days: Deposit is non-refundable
Note: A 2-night minimum stay is required on weekends and summer holidays during Peak Season.
Third-party bookings: If you reserved your stay through a travel site, please call our front desk directly to confirm your reservation details.
Property & Guest Policies
No Pets Allowed – We love animals, but our hotel is pet-free. Only service animals are permitted, as defined by the ADA.
Service Animals Welcome – Service dogs must be individually trained to perform a task for a person with a disability. Emotional support animals do not qualify.
Non-Smoking Property – Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited throughout the property, including balconies and outdoor common areas.
Parking – One complimentary parking space is included per reservation during peak season.
