Check-In: 3:00 PM or later (firm)

Check-Out: 11:00 AM (firm)
No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted. -
Deposit: 100% of the first night’s stay is charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at check-in.

Incidental Hold: A $100 hold will be placed on your credit card at check-in and released after check-out, pending inspection.
Cancellation Policy

Off-Season (October–April):
Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will result in forfeiture of the deposit. -
Peak Season (May–September):
Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will result in forfeiture of the deposit. -
Third-Party Bookings:
If you booked through a third-party site, please call us to confirm your reservation details. -
Minimum Stay Requirement:
A 2-night minimum stay is required on peak season weekends and summer holidays.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed. Service animals are welcome.
(Note: Service animals must be trained to perform specific tasks for individuals with disabilities. Emotional support animals are not recognized as service animals under ADA guidelines.) -
Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including balconies and all common areas. -
Parking:
One parking space is provided per reservation during peak season.
